What is DOC( Driving other cars)?
DOC (driving other cars) is a section on your policy, that gives you access to drive someone else’s car.
The reason why you don't have a DOC on your policy can probably be the majority of the insurers not providing “young-aged” drivers with a DOC, however, being a titled driver is not a requirement of DOC, so you don't need to worry about that. Now about the age limit problem, your luck may work out as few existing companies don't place an age restriction.
Still, if your age range is of mid-twenties i.e 25, your most appropriate approach would be to either go for a temporary cover or get added as a named driver on their policy, if you want to drive someone else’s car.
